A: No, we do not have a curfew, you can come
and go as you please.

| Q: Do you have storage for my things? |
A: Yes, our private lockers can be kept your
small things. It cost 100 Yen per day.
Also we will keep your baggage for free even
before check in & after check out.
Please enjoy sightseeing in Sapporo without
lugging around heavy baggage

| Q: What is the check out time? |
A: Check out is between 7:30 and 10:00a.m.
If you would like to do
it before 7:30a.m,
please inform us in advance
at reception.

A: Check in time is from 3p.m to 8p.m, but
if you arrive before it,
we do offer to store
your luggage safe, if after,
please let us
know in advance.

| Q: Are sheets and blankets provided? |
A: Yes. Sheets, blankets, pillows & cases
are provided at no charge.

| Q: Are the rooms heated and air conditioned? |
A: We have a central heating system and electric
fans in all rooms instead of air conditioning.

| Q: Are the dormitory rooms single sex? |
A: Yes, we have same sex rooms(male and female),
also co-ed dormitory rooms
are available.

| Q: What is your cancellation policy? |

If you cancel your booking for any reason,
please let us know as soon

possible for the sake of
other travelers
who have not found accommodation
yet.
Please note that a cancellation
fee will
be demanded if you cancel
ALL your reservation

fee
* 1 day prior to arrival

total accommodation fee
* On arrival date &
no show --- A 100%
of total accommodation

* Long term stay for Private

Season --- Maximum 50%
of the total accommodation
fee.

| Q: How do I change my current reservation? |
A: Changes can be made by email, phone or
fax.

| Q: Do you have parking? |
A: Yes, we have a little parking, if you
would like to use it, parking
fee is 600
yen per night.

A: Yes, long term stay is available. And
we have special rate for long term stay,

A: Yes, there are special rates for one week
and two weeks. Please check

A: No, we do not belong to YH. Our hostel
is independent and we do
